The Embassy of the State of Eritrea in London is the official representative of the Government of the State of Eritrea in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. The Embassy provides consular services and other related matters in these countries. The primary purpose of this website is to provide information about the services which are available from the Embassy.

The Embassy is concurrently accredited to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland and is tasked with enhancing and strengthening the bilateral ties between Eritrea and the United Kingdom, Eritrea and the Republic of Ireland.

The mission of the Embassy is to;

- Enhance bilateral ties between Eritrea and the United Kingdom, Eritrea and the Republic of Ireland.

- Work towards encouraging and strengthening the relationship between the peoples of Eritrea and the United Kingdom, the peoples of Eritrea and the Republic of Ireland.

- Develop and enhance bilateral ties between, Eritrea and the United Kingdom, Eritrea and the Republic of Ireland.

- Develop and nurture commercial, cultural and educational ties with British and Irish nationals as well as Eritreans residing in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland by encouraging and facilitating visits to Eritrea.

- Provide consular services, which are both effective and efficient, in line with the Embassy’s objective.

-Make available necessary and timely information in keeping with the Embassy’s stated objectives and the polices of the Government of Eritrea.
